Online Banking: You can access the online banking system in the top right of any page on our website. You will log in with your existing “online banking ID” and the last 4 digits of your social security or tax id number. If you have issues, please give us a call at (866) 666-2195.
Mobile App: Your old AB&T mobile app will no longer work for your account. Be sure to download our new mobile app "My Citizens Bank of Lafayette" from the App Store or Google Play store. Log into the app with your online banking ID and password. (Log into online banking via browser first to give access to mobile banking)
Bill Pay: Bill pay will be unavailable beginning at 3:00PM CST on Thursday, August 19 until 9:00AM CST on Monday, August 23rd.
Cash Management Customers. Beginning Monday, August 23rd you can resume operations on our new Online Banking System. Please contact us to help you through this process the first time.
Remote Deposit Capture. You will be able to resume making deposits on our new system beginning on Monday, August 23rd. Contact us to have us help you through the new process.
AB&T Hours. American Bank & Trust will be open regular office hours. Direct phone lines will temporarily ring to our Customer Service Department at (866)666-2195 to ensure that customers are taken care of in a timely manner through conversion.
